This Event Overview (AKA – At a Glance) has a multitude of uses since it shows the event details (date, time, location, event chairs, sponsor levels, timeline for the evening). I create this in the early stages of event planning to ensure the team is all on the same page. Then we use with committee letters, pull from it for the sponsor packets, send to any press who may be attending, include on the event website, etc. It is nice to have a 1-pager ready to go when people ask questions about the event.
