Description
- The Event Packet and Run of Show documents will help you create a detailed outline of all your event inclusions. The Event Packet will house all details about the event, including a detailed timeline, while the Run of Show can be used as a 1-sheeter for those who may only require the timeline details, versus the full packet.
- Add in your event information, event inclusions, layouts, vendor names and contact info, along with any other key details that pertain to your Event Packet (ie. Supply needs, load-in/load-out; parking; volunteers, etc) so everything lives in one place. You can then pull out the final timeline into the Run of Show document for a condensed version.
- Once completed, send the Event Packet and Run of Show to vendors, volunteers, event staff, event committee, etc. so that everyone knows the final details to ensure a smooth event. (I also like to run through this document with any key vendors, like your caterer, stage manager, band/DJ, and emcee.)
- This file can be edited in MS Word or imported to Google Docs.
