This is the command center of pre-event tracking. We usually have this as a shared Google doc so the team is updated on all elements of an event. This has the event budget, an event summary dashboard with chart, guest list template, sponsor tracking (did they send their ad, did they send their guest list, etc.) committee RSVP tracking, Donation Tracking, another version of how to track sold tickets and prospects, and how to track all the print items from bid sheets, to signage to banners and the status of the design and print process.
