Yes, online bidding is the only way to go, unless you have clients who like a paper trail. You do what will make the client happy and keep the paper flowing. We use the Silent Auction Form which is listed in my offerings on this site to merge from this Auction Tracking Spreadsheet. The spreadsheet has formulas to automatically calculate the bid increments and “buy it now” bids once you enter the starting bid.
